Heddon Builders took on the very difficult major repair and reconstruction of our home, with professionalism and great attention to detail.
Heddon Builders carries out numerous projects where we have provided a competitive tender and the Architect supervises the projects. The contracts with these Architects are by using the ABIC SW-1 2002 Simple Works contract where we have provided a lump sum price to carry out the works. We have also been contracted to do work on a cost plus basis with a supervising Architect.
