As first time home builders, dealing with King homes NSW has been so easy. The highest compliment I can give is that I always felt we were the only people that were building with them! Mark King has put together an amazing team. We never felt like just another number with them. Every phone call or email (there were alot!) was answered promptly.
Monika was incredibly helpful during pre construction. Verity's eye for detail during colour selection made the process simple. We hardly needed to upgrade anything as King's incusions are fantastic. It was a great experience dealing with King Homes. Having stayed in the house for 1 year, I can confidently say that their workmanship is great.
What impressed me the most is their after sales service team. Monika was always prompt with her replies and when she is looking after you, you know things will get done. Her coordination was great. Harry would take time to ensure the fixing/repair job looks good (in detail) and is done properly (even if he has to make time to come back again).

Unfortunately King Homes is building the house next to us and they've damaged our home. (sprayed entire side of home with acid/mud which stuck to our gutters/windows/appliances like glue).
After much back and forth, King Homes finally took responsibility and sent a cleaner out to clean the side of the house. Their cleaner spent hours trying to clean and eventually had to use a scouring pad to get the debris off the window (Windows were new, less than 8 months old, replaced Post-Construction). This scouring pad has etched swirl marks all over the windows that they cleaned.

Its is a beautiful experience and journey with King Homes Nsw to build my first home.
I have been looking for a builder over 7 to 8 months but cant find anyone better.
When I met MARK king and then thought this is the guy who have potential to build my house.
he knows the job.
he so flexible to build a customs house.
design and floor plan
I did my own design and he was very happy to build it with affordable price.
and he suggested too many thing which made us happy.

each stage got completed as per the scheduled date
lucky to have Mr.Jack and Aaron.

Went to look on Sunday and the display homes were absolutely filthy. Very poor finishes it was like a ghost house. No lights on. It was like someone had moved out 6 months ago and it had not been cleaned since. Very dissapointing for what looked on the outside to be a prestige builder. Some may like these designsd but I feel they are pourly planned with very of spaces.

We have been to Homeworld so many times and came across King Homes. Their honesty was refreshing. They were very upfront & realistic with what we could achieve on our block and very realistic about pricing of what we would have to pay to get the level of home we want. We found other builders were trying to 'sell' to us but we couldnt get concrete answers out of them. We are very happy with them so far and also a great display home to check out.

We came to see Mark and the team here on opening day. We then visited another 3 times (also went and saw a lot of other builders here - spent days at home world). We are pleased - we got flexibility on a design, we achieved our budget and we have signed to build with them. The price was good for what we are getting, inclusions are good, and most importantly we trust them. THANKS KING HOMES

We visited Home world first time on Sunday. The staff here are very good and helpful. We walked around a lot and Kings home offered lots of good information about costs of building and had very good plans and fair prices. The man and lady there was clear and honest - we like that. We will back and hopefully do a deal with the team!
