We’ve used Jignesh Prajapati twice to clean our house.
On the second occasion my wedding ring and engagement ring were stolen from my underwear drawer. I put these there only 5 minutes before the cleaners came, when we returned they were gone. I reported the complaint to head office, they were condescending and suggested I had mindlessly lost… them. They said HR would call me back, two months later nothing. It’s reported to police.
The clean itself was fine, few things we needed to follow up. Prices look cheap until your sentimental and expensive jewellery are stolen.

Whilst the actual clean was reasonable, I unfortunately can’t recommend Mira and her team. After a few months of a fortnightly clean, Mira informed us with less than 12 hours notice that they would no longer be cleaning our house. When we asked why, we were informed it was because we were rude and ignored their greetings – this is just not true.

I must admit I was pretty skeptical but they have proved me so wrong! I was very happy with their attention to detail and how thoroughly they have cleaned all my nooks and corners in my house. I felt like it definitely needed that deep cleanse that I wasn't able to do. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.👍🏼
