Our initial experience of Form was amazing and their online platform was so easy to use. The design and ordering process was seamless and the kitchen arrived early (June 2021). However, the channel pieces for the island (for the handless drawers) came damaged and needed to be replaced. Form were great to deal with and ordered the replacements in July 2021. All the great communication from our pre-payment phase disappeared and I spent the next 6 months trying to get the replacement parts delivered with excuse after excuse and no information on progress unless I reached out. The communication here is key. Form was so responsive which really put us at ease when considering the investment we were about to make. The peace of mind we got from their level of professionalism and attention throughout the process was unmatched. Form had thought of everything – we felt supported from beginning to end. I’d done a lot of thinking and dreaming about what I wanted our kitchen to be like, but putting that on paper, turning it into a reality – that was tough. The customer service with Form was absolutely superb. They’re new on the market, but this was such an advantage because their commitment to getting it right, every step of the way, was absolute. They showed me details that were going to make this kitchen functional for me, but also how it could be a space that I could enjoy whether I was entertaining a group of friends, or just opening my laptop to conduct some last-minute business. They showed me how I could select design features that would make the kitchen easier to use for people like my parents when they come to visit.

We had amazing experience to work with FORM Kitchens from beginning to the end. The designer, Andreina had provided all possible details and answered almost instantly to any questions. The final rendering was very helpful to visualize our kitchen. All promised dates of production and delivery were met. Unfortunately one the cabinet came damaged during transportation. By our fault we did not check it right away and had packed cabinets unopened for 2 months before we finally saw the damage. FORM Kitchen still reimbursed us for damages and
