I purchased a Wilson home back in December of 2019. On my contract that I Initially signed showed a picture and model number of the sink that I desired and thought that I was going to get. When the final walk-through took place, the sink that was installed was different than the sink pictured in the contract. Which is the sink I was under the impression of getting in the house. This situation along with other minor fixes the house is great. However, I am very disappointed in how they have handled the situation of getting the correct sink installed and helping me out. I Wanted to write this review because I feel that people don't always speak out when thing go well. DOREEN and NICOLE over at Elev8ions are the BEST!! They respond quickly even on their days off they work well together we can tell it's a team effort in that office. Even after we moved in they passed us off to Matt to whom is great as well. Thank you for the great home and the team work we will defiantly refer our friends and family.

Although we are happy with our brand new Wilson home, we are disappointed that they will not fix our defective fence. We're going to have to pay to make it level, because we don't want to leave it in the concave shape it is currently in. We have gone through the warranty process, but Wilson refuses to correct the problem. This poor customer service means we will not be recommending Wilson Homes to our friends. I hope nothing major goes wrong with the house.

Thank you Wilson Homes for the outstanding customer service. From the first step into Elevations the ladies (Doreen and Nicole ) was beyond professional and meet all my expectations.. My girlfriend and I moved in an was greeted with Matt. Matt took the time to show us everything within the home and was courtesy at a ll times. I currently live in a Wilson we have found numerous problems with our home. The wiring is bad and not right and there are outlets and lights that do not work and we reported and they were never repaired. We have problems with the heating and air. The plumbing in the whole neighborhood is also bad and needs to be replaced the homes are less than 3 years old we have sewage backing up into our home and our home is ruined and I have contacted multiple times and have heard nothing back we are still under warranty as well. We will have to replace all our baseboards and cabinetry as well as our entire

This is the first time I purchased a home from Wilson at Liv . Since the beginning, I had issues, from getting the wrong size lot, to paying extra for a lot that ended with more front than back.I know I had the option to cancel, but I did not want to lose my deposit and family was counting on it. Also just notice some people related to the Wilson builder family, stefany the foreman at Liv had access to different upgrades, that you guys do not offer at time of purchase. Why? Thats a form of discrimination, you guys should offer it to all customers.Or if it was done at time
