Everyone from Ashley to Ruth to Brandon were extremely helpful & professional from the start.I was just calling as a back up plan due to frustration & issues with my warranty company & Ashley did not hesitate, she had quotes to me in minutes & was understanding during my little melt down. In 2 days Simpson plumbing was able & willing to do more than the other plumber & warranty company was capable/willing to do in 10 days. I am very thankful for this team, we are resting well tonight, minds at ease with no more water leaking & both very grateful for hot showers after 10 long days!

Steven was on time and his workmanship was a piece of art work. He replaced a stuck inlet valve to my water heater and ran a new water hose bib to my wall mounted pressure washer. The copper piping looks so clean!

Plumber was very good and knowledgeable. Knocked off 1 star because Of the cost. $400 to finish removing existing faucet (husband tried to remove and install but couldn’t remove old faucet) and install the new faucet that we supplied. Took plumber less than an hour. Cost seemed excessive
Update: Received call from Simpson Plumbing regarding the cost of faucet install. There was a software update that resulted in a glitch in the program. Having worked with computers I completely understand. Simpson agreed that I was overcharged and refunded $140+ back to my account. I believe Simpson Plumbing

Tayler McBride is a very professional and honest person. First, he gave a very reasonable quote, which is only half of some other Roosters company. He told us the faucet is not broken, only need some cleaning, we do not need to replace with a new part. Secondly, he did a good job fixing our kitchen faucets and sink drains. We would definitely use this guy in the future, and highly recommend him to all my friends.

Simpson plumbing was great. We were a little late because we were coming from another appointment. But they waited anyways. When we got home he got straight to work. He was polite and took of his boots even though we didn’t ask him to ( he seen our pile of shoes in the garage) he quickly started going around to house to try to find the source of the leak in our wall. He had to cut into our dry wall to fix the leak but was very thorough. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs emergency or any other kind of plumbing issues.

The gentleman arrived in the given time frame, which is always a plus, and everything just kept getting better. He was honest with his diagnosis and expected timeframe to resolve. He also explained everything in a manner I could understand- which I greatly appreciated. I used another service about 45 days ago for the same issue. After today I wouldn’t use anyone but Simpson Plumbing- great customer service and knowledgeable plumbers! So thankful a friend recommended them to me- so I am returning the favor to the next person!
