The Plan B Team was amazing!
Terry came to our house to investigate issues with flooding in the backyard. He was very profesional, trustworthy and clean. He explained everything really well and gave us different options to solve the problems we had. He conducted the works in a timely and efficient manner, leaving everything clean once done.
Emily in the office was lovely to deal with, always willing to explain everything and contact the plumbers with any questions we had.
