Mcintosh Electrical always provide professional service. Duncan is always reliable and consistent. He is able to understand what I want - everything from installing a Eubiq power track on an old brick wall, to installing lighting around a skylight in a shower, Duncan has not only been able to advise and quote on the best solution, but has also been able to carry out the job and make it look great.
Indoor, outdoor, simple or complex, Duncan and his assistant have been able to do whatever electrical challenge is thrown at them, with enthusiasm and skill.

Professionally installed external lights and auto sensors at a competitive price. We have a heritage listed house so they took extra care and work not to have exposed conduit or wiring. Very happy with their installation,,, they were reliable, on time, made sure everything worked and that the three sensors were positioned and set optimally. They also cleaned up at the end of each day. Thank you Brent for the quote, and thanks to Mark and your team for the high quality installation.

They were overpriced and the electricians were not attentive. Before booking them, I tried to get an itemized price on the phone but the person on the phone was not very helpful and mislead their pricing. In any case, after the electricians arrived and gave us the quote for about 30% more than the others in our area, we decided to go with them since we needed the job to be done then. They made a mistake doing our job and had to come back another day to fix it. (after we realized we cannot turn on the lights at night!) When they came back to fix it, instead of being apologetic for their mistake

I believe the job was completely overserviced. 2 men came - definitely did not need 2 and then quickly discovered there was no problem but did a check of the electricity board anyway that they told me looked good and recently done so not sure they why checked it and then spent time quoting for a bigger job - so feel I really paid for them to give a quote. Don’t want to use as a consequence. Should never have to pay for 2 people if one is enough and if they are training up someone that should be their cost. More I think about it the more annoyed I am. Will say guys pleasant enough and helpful

We had a ceiling fan and bathroom heat lamp installed. Had some unexpected complications (due to our building design) but the team handled it well and did a fantastic job. Our electricians were friendly, professional and reliable from start to end. Particularly appreciated that they kept our paintwork clean, patched up holes neatly and cleaned up after themselves. The office staff were great too from handling our initial quote to organising for someone to come out. Highly recommend.

Really great service and good communication from start to finish. Arrived on time, removed existing fan and installed a replacement quickly. Lovely, polite electrician and apprentice, did the work fabulously and cleaned up the room afterwards. I would like to commend the way the tradespeople spoke courteously to one another during the job.

I got an appointment with ease at the time I wanted it. Jesse gave very good advice on the job at hand and did neat and professional work. He also spotted and rectified previous faulty workmanship by another electrician which could have been quite unsafe. I appreciated the strong safety-first approach. I was also very happy with the outcome of the job and the price. I will definitely be using McIntosh again.

McIntosh Electrical came recommended to me by Beacon Lighting and I can see why.... I was really impressed by the service provided right through my communication with them, from the receptionist at time of enquiry through the installation and even when the electrician cleaned up their own mess. Lauren was really lovely and nice to talk to, and even better did the job (two ceiling fans) really quickly. Would recommend this company to all!

Very impressed with the service today. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful in making the appointment. Laura arrived on time and she was very professional and friendly. She fixed the kitchen light which when turn on would cause my entire apartment lights to switch off. She replaced the light with LED. The service was very professional, fast and clean. The price was reasonable for the installation of a brand new light. After Laura left I had a small issue as I felt that the light was too bright for my kitchen. I called Mcintosh electrical and they were very friendly and fast in solving
