Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
I experienced severally poor services unfortunately. The cleaning person left before the time ends and a lots of part of the floor areas was remain untouched while dirt observed grossly. I had to ask additional hand to clean those dirt. Disappointed with the professionalism and even while I talked to them ☹️.

We used The Naturally Clean Co for a business property which I had to book from interstate. Viviane and the team did an exceptional job and were very responsive and helpful even as it was a last minute job! The cleaning job was immaculate and done to the highest standard. Unbelievably incredible job the two people we had Maria and Alex were just really lovely people nothing was too hard for them. They work so hard they never stopped my place has never looked as good as it does now my floor in all honesty looks as good as the day We put floating floorboards down. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that… wanted to have a sparkly beautiful clean home and with honest lovely people with integrity and obviously very proud Of their job And the company they work for. The Naturally Clean Co have been cleaning our home for many years. Maria is our cleaner. She is extremely thorough and a very kind and pleasant person. Prior to COVID we didn’t see Maria much as we were at work when she would come by. Now we see her most fortnights and she is always very engaging conscious that we are working from home. I couldn’t recommend The Naturally Clean Co more!

We have been using The Naturally Clean Co for quite a few months now and are extremely happy with the service they provide. The cleaning staff are always on time, extremely friendly and professional at what they do. The online booking portal is fantastic to use but when you do need to speak with someone, Wayne is extremely responsive to any email queries I’ve had. Highly recommend this company!

I booked a regular premium clean with spring clean included and Wayne and Maria worked tirelessly to bring my house to a sparkling finish. All the jobs that I never get to (fans, louvres, windows) as well as all the standard ones were done beautifully and all without the need for bleach or harsh chemicals. Such lovely touches such as tidying my children’s books, making the beds and taking the shoes out of the shoe cubby to vacuum to the back!! Thank you.

What a fantastic clean! Wayne from The Naturally Clean Co was so meticulous and thorough when he cleaned our house that at the end we felt like we'd just moved in. Not only was Wayne available on very short notice, but he took the time and went above & beyond to ensure we were absolutely happy with the clean. The guys from The Naturally Clean Co did my bond clean. The work was performed quickly and to an excellent standard. There were things they cleaned that I didn't even know about! My real estate is very particular about the cleaning and commended the work done by The Naturally Clean Co. I also really like that I can use a company that operates ethically and in an environmentally friendly way. Really great team, will definitely be using them for my next bond clean. Cannot recommend them enough.
