Booked someone to come look at my dishwasher. Asked upfront about the costs and was told there was a $40 dollar travel fee. The website advertises there are no hidden costs, and upfront quotes. The tech looked at the dishwasher and couldn't do anything and charged a $250+ "diagnostic fee" AFTER they took a look. I've no problem with a fee being charged, but I do have a problem with misleading advertising and hidden costs. If this fee was to be charged regardless of work, then it should have been quoted.

Company was quick to send Gerhard out in a reasonable time frame so we weren't waiting around for a large window of time on our weekend. Very professional and quickly fixed the issue the same day. We paid a little extra for the weekend, but well worth it for the efficiency and quality of service. Strongly recommend, will use again if needed.

Punctual - quality service - friendly - cost effective
I called the plumbing and electrical doctors to come and remove an item that had gone down our bathroom drain.
Jeremy came on time and quickly removed the item. He then took the time to explain how our plumbing system worked and did a check of our water systems.

Was charged a diagnosis fee without consultation. The technician didn't know his job. I had to chase up the technician as he didn't follow up with a quote... four weeks after the initial call out. Customer service failed to contact me when promised. Eventually received a quote. I went to another company to get the issue fixed. Turned out the original technicians diagnosis was WRONG. Very very disappointed. Poor service all round.
