Peter and Toto Properties came highly recommended from a family member - it was easy to see why. We are currently renovating our house for the first time and Toto Properties were engaged to perform extensive internal structural changes on our 1970s home. Peter was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, making thoughtful and excellent suggestions to improve the property. We are totally thrilled with our extension, completed by Toto Properties. Peter and his trade teams delivered a quality build, within the time frame set. We particularly appreciated Peter's responsiveness to texts, emails and calls at all hours of the day and night. He was willing to accommodate our ideas and gave us good advice throughout the process. We are pleased with the quality of the finishes including features like double glazing and square set plastering that were included as standard. Toto Properties guided us through the design process with their architect Andrew, the permit requirements

We contacted Peter from Toto Properties to complete renovations on a home we purchased. Right from the start Peter was very knowledgeable and helpful with ideas. He was 'hands on' with the structural changes and for the internal work his builders Liam & Allan were excellent. Their workmanship and attention to detail was amazing. Peter's project management and co-ordination of the trades meant that our renovation was constantly being worked on. Peter and Liam were always available to answer any questions we had along the way. Living on a sloping block it was hard to find a builder keen to take on works. That's until we met Peter from Toto Properties. Since our first meeting discussing possible renovations Peter displayed a wealth of knowledge and experience. He filled us with confidence and he was excited to take on our project. Peter and his team figured out a extension to incorporate stairs in our small cottage in the Dandenongs to add new bedrooms, bathrooms and increase the living area of our existing home for our growing family. Toto Properties completed an extensive renovation which incorporated designing and building internal stairs, turning a storage space under the house into a fully functional laundry, recreational area and rumpus room, building an ensuite as well as completely demolishing and re-building our kitchen and bathroom. Our place was built in 1965 and Toto Properties were able to preserve original features whilst giving it a new modern look.
We are extremely satisfied with our renovation. Peter and his team are very professional and take pride in their work producing a very high quality end product.

Peter proved to be very trustworthy, which was great given our recent experience with a 'builder' who tried to scam us, before we got in touch with Toto Properties.
