Purity Carpet Cleaning did such a great job on cleaning 2 beige coloured club chairs that came up so well.I was actually thinking I would have to have them recovered. As well they did so well with a large hall area I will be having them back to do the whole house.

Charlie did a wonderful job of cleaning our carpets, mattresses and couches (including one old and shamefully neglected leather couch). We are delighted with the results! The quoting and booking process was easy to navigate, and there were no hidden costs or expensive surprises on the day, even when Charlie was faced with quite the range of stain types (tea, ink, mascara, dog urine...). Our carpets and couches look like new and it feels good to know that everything has been thoroughly cleaned. Charlie was pleasant to deal with and worked meticulously until the job was done. Charlie cleaned our King Lounge to perfection - so we decided to have a carpet clean a few weeks later. Despite inclement weather and difficult access, Charlie brought in drying fans and equipment down an inclinator and gave us a wonderful result The 10year old carpets look good as new.. - Thanks Team

Charlie has been to us twice, once to clean our couches which he brought up like new, and he scotch guarded our dining chairs at the same time. The second time he spot cleaned our new carpet to remove grease spots. He did a brilliant job, leaving no sign of the grease and no marks at all on the carpet. We highly recommend him and Purity Carpets.

Charlie helped us clean a water stain out of our couch, and we could not be happier with his expertise and service! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us understand how to prevent similar stains in the future. He went above and beyond for us and even explained the chemical compounds of our home products and how they would’ve affected the stain when we tried to get it out ourselves.
