I have just purchased a hard tail from the shop. It was really a good experience. The team were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.
like with any specialist shop , you have to have a good idea of what you are looking at. Buying a bike is like buying a car.. you would not ^just walk in a showroom and say .. "Hey , I want a car" .. especially if there are 4-5 other customers in the shop behind you. People should think from the vendors side before they write a 1/2 star review. ... this is true for any bike shop

Unlike the other reviews I had a pretty good experience. Very good bikes for a good price. However there was a double booking so we got a more expensive bike. When we got the bikes the unexperienced guy at the shop made us pay extra. When we returned the bikes in the afternoon however, his boss returned us the money.

Arrogant. I was ready to spend lots of Euro, and much more in the near future, but I always test bike shops with a couple of questions and a small purchase before letting them know that or handing my money over. Nobody else was in the shop but it seemed the guy on duty had no patience. I asked about renting a bike since it was a nice day. Apparently that was a stupid question. His answer was thick with pretentiousness. I asked if there was another shop nearby (I already knew there is) and he LIED and said no other shops did rentals. Spend your money at one of the many alternative shops in town
