If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited at home for more than half of the day waiting for someone to turn up to quote a job. After messaging them they said the bloke would be a few hours, I went out, got a call to say he will be here in 10 minutes. I'm still waiting for a quote to be sent more than 48 hours after they came out. Even after messaging them again to prompt them to send a quote through. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone at all. Very piss poor way to "run" a business.

We had 2 new air conditioners supplied and installed by Caboolture Air Conditioning. The service provided by Tony and Helen was outstanding, from the initial phone call to Helen, the communication between both parties and to the completion of job by Tony…good old fashioned ,prompt,helpful and courteous service at a very competitive price. Helen and Tony made the process of upgrading my air conditioning so easy. I got easy to understand quotes with many alternatives which was perfect in order to make an informed decision. Within days of approving the quote, I had Tony installing the systems and they are working perfectly. Helen's communication has been second to none, calling and emailing for recommendations on unit size to letting me know how the installation progression was.

Everyone we dealt with was absolutely lovely, and more than willing to help with any information i needed or concerns i had. They were very polite and functional. We had 2 air conditioners installed and they tried to find the best deals for us, and make sure we got quality for our money.
