Greg and team help me with storm water OSD system/civil plumbing system installation as per council requirements as part of a swimming pool construction. Greg's work has been extremely helpful, professional.
To start with, the design of the storm water OSD system, by a separate hydraulic engineer, was an extremely challenging one. To meet all council requirements, the I.L, S.L of the pipe connections has to be as accurate as within 10mm. This is extremely difficult to achieve onsite. Greg worked closely with the inspector, measured all the R.L of all pipe connections, and in the end, the levels

Greg and the team at GSM Plumbing pulled off a miracle with our stormwater plumbing. After another contractor botched our stormwater connection, council blocked our subdivision certificate. We were extremely worried that we’d have to rip up all of our stormwater drainage and start again, but Greg and his boys were able to sort it out, and worked overtime to help us get the job done before the COVID shutdown for construction. We’re extremely grateful to have found them, and can absolutely recommend GSM Plumbing for all drainage and OSD work.

GSM Plumbing carried out for us storm water and subsoil drainage works around a block of units in April 2020. The work involved:
Removal of 90+ tonnes of soil
Removal of concrete pathways and 1/3 of the parking area
Place plastic lining around the building after the soil was removed
Connection of four new gutter down pipes to the storm water drainage
Install agricultural drains
Install two 600 x 600 storm water pits
Connect the storm water pits to the curb
Replace sections of old underground potable water copper pipe
Put crushed concrete fill around in ground pipes
After laying drainage

Very happy to share this review as we were provided with fantastic service from beginning to end with GSM plumbing. Greg is definitely a master of his trade and extremely knowledgeable. Despite being in a rental and having to run everything past the owner, Greg took the time to explain some of the plumbing issues we were experiencing and what his plan of attack was in getting things resolved for us as soon as possible.
