We bought a house in South Frankston and needed a gas safety certificate for the gas appliances, including Brivis Buffalo gas heater. We called a local company to do the job. They sent a gasfitter who told us that even though the heater is working well it is getting old and can die any moment. He said that the best thing to do would be to install new Brivis gas heater. The price quoted was $2400 for the new unit and installation. We could not understand why we need to replace the unit that still works so well. We decided to get the second opinion and called G&C Pope Pty Ltd trading as In Gas Plumbing

Geoff serviced our Rinnai Sapphire gas heating system this morning. This husband and wife team managed to fit us in with short notice when no one else could and communication was incredible. The proof is in the pudding with the heater firing better than new.
Geoff used a drop sheet and thoroughly cleaned every nook and cranny of the heater. We had a great conversation and I was incredibly surprised by the affordability of his bill for the work he did.
