We used this company many times for our real estate company for bond cleans that tenants we had could not organise them selves.
The company sent out their own private contract cleaners who did the bond cleans to a very un professional standard! We had to contact the company about 70% of the time to come back and fix and clean things they had not touched. Very unprofessionally run, i believe the lady name was crystal on the phone we dealt with, and some of the contract cleaners would tell us she would pocket 40% of the bond clean price and only pay her contract cleaner 60% / most of the cleans

I believe their service is very costly, they refuse to give a quote based on hourly rate which gives them the room to increase their fees.
I can only comment on their prices not the quality as they were recommended by Raywhite realestate agent who has done the inspection later on.
The property was initially cleaned by a different company who according to the agent described as " they have done a great job but missed few spots that should not take more than 2 hours ".
Due to time restrictions I could not bring the original company to come back and finish the job and decided to go with those guys

Used SCBC for a bond clean. The job was fantastic. The house looked amazing. Unfortunately our real estate took all of our bond, spoke directly to SCBC about “issues” with the clean and both parties left us out of the loop. We ended up going to QCAT. The real estate were dodgy as and we would have preferred SCBC deal directly with us as we were paying for the clean and were the client. Can’t say enough about the job they did, however not very professional speaking with the real estate directly and not us. We used the bond clean and carpet clean services. Didn’t get bond back but the house

Used this company when we took ownership of our house. I had just cleaned the rental so I was very disappointed to get keys to the home we’d finally bought and find it to be dirty! I called these guys for a price and last minute availability and was a bit worried I’d be charged more for that. On the contrary, they understood my frustrations completely and didn’t penalise me for it $$$ and after a bit of checking on the workload and staff availability they were able to book in the following afternoon. We agreed how much time would be allocated, and for what jobs, but I hadn’t explained that

I can not thank Aaron & his partner Teagan & his staff enough for coming to do my bond clean last minute for me. They saved me so much worry and stress in an already stressful move. After having booked in a bond clean months in advance (with a no show 😫), SCBC were able to come out the next day and get my place back into tip top shape!! I have never seen an oven or shower sooo clean. I can’t recommend them enough! I wish my new place was cleaned by these girls. Such a stress free and easy to use service. Pricing was fair and the girls are lovely and kind. I’ll be telling all of my friends

I can't thank the team enough, I had my oven - stove top and range hood cleaned. The cleaner turned up on time, she was so dedicated and hard working. My oven looked "brand new" when she finished, it was so clean I didn't want to use it.
