For this project we converted a 100 year old building formerly used as a stable to a modern one bedroom apartment with heritage features.
The size of the block and inner city location provided a few challenges as the building needed major structural work to ensure the integrity of the building which included new footings and ground floor slab as well as underpinning of existing brick footings and new openings for windows as well as inside the building which required new steel beams supporting the existing brick work.

For this project we renovated the Female and Male bathrooms at Hillsdale bowling club. Job included wall removal excavation for new plumbing, new urinal install, floor to ceiling tiles, new Caesarstone vanities, plumbing fit off, new partition install, new mirrors. As well as a new entry wall with sign in desk and joinery install for new TAB area.
