Their telephone does not answer and suggest that make appointment on their website. I did go to their website and made appointment. I did not get any confirmation from them, so I started calling several times to check is the appointment is valid. In any case, I did vacuum the carpet (as recommended by them) and clear the floor, but they did not show up. This is very irresponsible. Will not use them anymore.

This company is the real freakin deal! The landlord hired some cheap cheap company to come in any clean my carpets.None the less they did an absolute wretched job and the carpet looked worse and took days to dry up. Was referred to this company by a coworker. They did an absolute amazing job. The solution they used was so fresh and had no chemical smell. Carpets turned out so good. Very grateful I found a local temecula carpet cleaning company!

Employees are fine, but the company is unscrupulous. After hiring them to clean our carpet, we noticed several areas which didn't come clean. After repeated calls, a guy named either Jamie or Jared (his phone says Jared, but he said he was Jamie) scheduled a 2nd cleaning. No one showed, no one called, and none of my phone calls has been answered. Beware! You won't know if the carpet is cleaned until it's dry, and by then, the cleaners will be long gone!

We are a family that likes to do everything Organic. I believe this company believes so as well, however, their follow through after the initial service is quite poor. I booked them to come back to do some touch up and they did not get back to me to say they were backed up on the scheduled day, I had to call numerous times. They apologized an rescheduled and put us first on the list for a new day and again no call, no show. Left messages, no one answering the phone during office hours.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

Kudos to this company for scheduling with very little notice.
Henry phoned to let me know when he was arriving. I was very pleased with the outcome of the whole house carpet cleaning! This was the BEST job yet! I have used this company in the past. The high traffic areas were
very dirty but Henry showed patients with extra work on those areas. As long as the dirt does not reappear, within reason, I will gladly have Natural Organic Cleaning Service come again.

Loved their service! Called them because my 2 year old plays trains on the carpet all day and made the family room a mess with food stains. They literally took out every stain.... didnt even think that was possible.... I love they use all organic products so I dont have to worry about my son on the carpet with chemicals. Thanks guys will use again.
