Relaxed local craft beer and pub fare. Lengthwise is one of a small handful of establishments owned by the bakersfield based Lengthwise Brewing Company, and thus a true local business. This location is a restaurant/pub with a moderate selection of food and plenty of beer. The food is mostly pub fare such as burgers, salads, and fries with sauces and cheese on top. Having eaten here a few times I'd note the portioning of different orders seems to vary a little more than most restaurants but overall the proces are reasonable and nothing I have ordered has been disappointing. So very good. I had the chicken salad with fried artichokes in it it is so so good great portion size. There's definitely a little on the higher side for lunch. Especially since they don't even have to wait service. And just like everywhere in Bakersfield customer service it leaves you to be desired.

What a great brewery ! They have a minimum of 15 beers on tap. Good food, friendly staff.

Tried this place with the BF and the food was surprisingly delish! BF took the pics and posted them so I wont repeat here. But wanted to give my 25 cents. I’m not a beer drinker so I cannot comment on that part. Try this place if you haven't already.

Wanted to support a local business during quarantine but got barely any food for the money spent. Don't waste your time here. Are two of these worth $31? I'll let you decide.

Loved this food! Not a drinker at all so I cant review there vast beer and IPA they have on tap. but the fountain drinks did the job. The food here is awesome. Very filling and tasty. I especially loved the Bacon Mac n cheese burger. I couldn't finish it but i sure did try. The tri tip sandwhich is very tasty as well and also the fish and chips.
Pay them a visit. It's good eating.

I liked it. The beer was a little above average to be fair, but the food looked and tasted really good. The service was also excellent with friendly servers and bartenders. The facility was clean and had plenty of seating. Special shout out to the deep fried twinkies as they were awesome!

Great food and super social atmosphere. Beer was excellent and if we lived closer we'd frequent often. Whether you live in Bakersfield or just passing through, a stop for sure!
