I would like to thank Jason, our building manager at Polaris for his professional and reliable service. Jason is always quick in responding our needs and he is determined to solve problems. Jason from Pacific Building Management Group does an amazing job managing our building in North Sydney, he is always very responsive to all our requests and resolve them right away. Jason is thorough with all his work and our building is maintained very well, cannot recommend Jason highly enough!

My wife and I rented an apartment for 12 months. We cannot speak more highly of the Building Manager, Chris Klazidis and his team.
Chris is professional, friendly and helpful. He and his team maintained the property beautifully and ensured the cleanliness and hygiene of the property during the difficult pandemic period.
Chris is quick to find a solution to any problem big or small that you may have and he always available to assist.
We cannot recommend Chris and Pacific Building Management highly enough.

I am very very very disappointed with their management team at BURWOOD GRAND. We are residents on the ground floor. Garbage and dirty water fall from upstairs almost every day. We complained soooooooooo many times, and they did nothing except post an announcement. The building manager asked us to find the exact units ourselves, otherwise they could not take further action. But as we don't have an elevator swipe card, we can't enter other floors. We live in extreme panic every day, as long as we step out of the balcony, we may be hit by dirty water or garbage on our heads. And my mum is 70s now

Kudos for Jason in pbm. Awesome building manager. Easy to communicate and always responding to all our needs (keeps you updated on the progress too). We understood BM is such a stressful role to deal with many building issues daily and appreciate the effort for keeping the building so clean and well maintained for us to enjoy living in it.

Would give 0 stars if I could. These reviews (at least the ones given by actual residents) are actually true - building management staff behave like they were bullied in school and now the power has gone to their head. I reside at Prime Mac Park & had to move in really short notice due to covid. Kirsty was rude, unprofessional and made every unforeseen hurdle an issue. There were times that she could have just chosen to be polite & continue to get the job done but she chose to be aggressive & rude. At every point in our move and even after, if we forgot to fill out a form or could not give notice

Lift has broken yesterday at 150 Pacific Highway and Building Manager has informed the residents that it will only be repaired in January 2022. This meant that around 10 - 20 people have to queue in the common area to access a lift and then cramped into one lift (despite COVID-19). Or the other option is to climb 18 floors to access our flat. No point raising this with the manager because in the past he has only taken a retaliation approach when it comes to solving reported issues. Management is definitely not robust and efficient in the way they deal with urgent issues like this.

Recently testing positive to COVID-19 and worried about what people think I was scared to contact building management. After speaking to Nicholas and dealing with him my mind was put at ease. My details held confidentiality and I was able to recover knowing the required measures where implemented to assist the well-being of my neighbour. Pacific should be glad to have people like Nicholas on their team.
