Murphy Plumbing and Gas have been on the journey to get more life out of my old gas hot water system for a few years now. Finally the time came for a new one, just after Christmas.The team had everything organised to install first thing, as quoted a while ago. Everyone, from Todd, to the office staff to Joe the fabulous installer were professional and friendly. Highly, highly recommend for all your plumbing needs.

They were very professional when organising the visit. Adam arrived on time. He was very polite. He fixed our toilet, unblocked the shower wastes (and showed me how to do it next time), installed a water filter under the sink and fixed a leaking drain. When he finished he cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend.

Promp and excellent service; I called Murphy Plumbing this morning and from first contact to completion was about 4 hours. I was updated with the scheduling of my job. The friendly, professional young plumbers Andy and Indie were efficient and did a great job, were very considerate and all at a very reasonable price. I'd give both the company and the plumbers more stars if I could.

I had a leaking gutter that I and another plumber had had a go at trying to fix... and it was still leaking!
Murphy Plumbing was recommended to me. Mike was on time and awesome!! I liked getting a text earlier in the day to know about when he was arriving.
We chatted about a couple of ways to fix... or rather make good of a bad situation!... and mutually decided on what we thought would work the best. Mike happened to have everything he needed on board and got straight to work. In the end a really neat job.
We've had about a weeks worth of solid rain and I can report that it's worked! There

Brilliant service received from The Murphy Plumbing team. Was let down by another plumber and Todd came to the rescue! Called in and Liz acted fast arranging an on-site inspection and quote within an hour! Hot water system was replaced first thing the next morning by Todd. Todd was a great guy to deal with, extremely approachable and happy to answer our questions. If only every business could operate like the Murphy team! Thank you again for the excellent service. And Jozef was friendly, efficient and did a great job of fixing a leaking tap and raising the gas hot water pipe off the ground. I would highly recommend this team.

We have been using Murphy Plumbing and Gas for quite a few years now. I find them very reliable and very efficient and have always found their work and service to be excellent. Today I called to arrange a service and they sent Andy and Seb out almost immediately. The problem was harder to solve than expected but they persevered and got the job done to a high standard. I heard the felxi pipes are the most common issue for leakages and floods under sinks, but had to face it for the first time, when it came off my kitchen's mixer tap. Todd was very responsive, booked me in within 3 hrs of my first call. Adam who serviced me that day, fixed the issue very professionally, adviced me and fixed other flexis in bad condition. He also fixed other plumbing issues (leaking toilet cisterns and sink taps) on my request. Overall very professional, on-time at a reasonable cost.

What a great company. I was let down by another company who was meant to replace and install my Hot Water cylinder that had burst, and water had got into the power connections making it short out. They supplied all the parts and the cylinder on site, before telling me they can't do the install for 3 days. I cancelled the install and began ringing at 1.30 pm on a Friday afternoon without much hope of finding a plumber before the weekend.
At around 4 pm I was given the number for Murphy's Plumbing by AC plumbing in Browns plains. A big thankyou to them.

I am very grateful for Todd and the team at Murphy Plumbing for the excellent service we received from start to finish. Our solar hot water system started to leak on the roof as well as from the tank. I contacted a few plumbers trying to get some help and someone to come and have a look at it asap. No one returned my calls and messages so I kept looking online and came across Murphy Plumping and Gas. I had no trouble reaching them and Todd came out on the same day to have a look at our leaking hot water system for us.
