Apartment Living in Bermagui ~ This top story apartment in the heart of Bermagui offers so much more now that it has been fully gutted & re-built to suit the new owners. Modern, chic, interior with classy warm tones, with the use of wood & dark charcoal to create features throughout. All of this & you can walk across the road to Horseshoe Bay Beach, a pretty spectacular place to be able to call home.
So we extended the back of the home & went up to give them the extra bedrooms, bathrooms & laundry they so desperately needed & now this home is complete & looking sensational! Transformed, re-built & extended to create a beautiful home oasis, close to Camel Rock beach & with luxury finished throughout.
This home was the first home built in Narooma when the town was first established back in the early 1880's. Set on an acre of land, this large family needed more room. With additional bedrooms, ensuite, a pool shower room, laundry and a large deck, this home is nearly complete & has amazing views from the top story.
This home renovation included an addition of a 9 meter above ground pool, which meant we needed to build a base around the pool once it was manoeuvred into place by the crane. It was built using Black-butt hardwood to comply with the BAL ratings. Complete with timber stairs on both ends of the deck, surrounded by glass balustrade pool fencing.
