Teaming up with Detlev's was a positive experience. They installed our Swiss premium VZug appliances purchased from Winning Appliances Kingston in a professional and competent manner. They removed our old appliances and integrated the new products into our kitchen and it looks fantastic. It is reassuring to know that Detlev's are available to provide any subsequent after sales service if required.
From our perspective a great outcome. We were very grateful for the "superb" service she received from the contractor as her husband is deployed and she was overwhelmed by the situation. Jayne said that they arrived within 10 minutes, that nothing was too much trouble, they were very helpful and the problem was very efficiently identified and resolved.

Our Ilve dishwasher decided Christmas was a good time to break down. Tony attended, diagnosed and subsequently returned for the repair. Done in 30 minutes, no mess left behind on either visit! Very professional and friendly. Happy to recommend.

Great professional service by the two technicians I dealt with. It was disappointing when the office called to arrange part and replacement of oven light and wanted an extra $115 in addition to the $180 I already paid (call out which covers first half hour) The first technician took less than 15 mins to identify the issue / clock reset (did not remove light) and advised the part would only need to be paid for when detlev come back to install new light. 2 stars for two great technicians only.

Highly professional local company. We purchased a stove/hobb and needed someone to install. Detlevs’s was recommended as the preferred installer. They sent a tech/site surveyor to the house to see if the product would fit. It would not, without significant costs. We had an alternative, which was essentialy, same model with some design features. Detlev’s quoted us on the spot. Then we had to wait for the stove/hobb to arrive. Install team arrived within the window and gave us a 30 minute warming.
They unpacked the new product and installed, removed the old products and took away the rubbish

My hot water service was dead, the circuit breaker had tripped, indicating an electrical fault. I contacted Detlev's who booked a time for the next day. The tradie James rang when he was a half hour away - I love when they do that - and on arrival promptly diagnosed the fault and just as promptly fixed it. Hot water from then on. When I'm not happy I tend to just shop elsewhere, but I have called on Detlev's several time now for a variety of repairs and installations, and I'm happy to return

The whole experience with Detlev's was fantastic, right from my initial phone contact through to appointment reminders and installation. We had a new double oven installed and all the rubbish and old oven removed. James and Riley did a great job, arrived at the scheduled time and kept us informed throughout the installation process. Very professional and friendly service, would highly recommend.

I had my oven, stove top and rangehood replaced and the guys came inside their booked time frames. The company did not charge a cent until the work was completed and I paid exactly what was quoted. Annabelle (booking and admin) was super friendly and helpful to ensure it was done ASAP and worked around my schedule.
