Done job...expected to be lifted of the ground the problem can be rectified...with what problem and magistrates...hope for the best i was not impressed the way it was put one the ground please i asked to rectify the problem..i was told would have cost extra...so i have no to put up with it for the life of it on the rusty side very desapointed

Rob the plumber came by within one hour of my hot water tank emergency and had a new one installed and perfect that same day!!! I found him very professional and knowledgeable and he explained everything very well. I was also happy with the price as everything was included in the quote. Unbeknownst to me there are a lot of hidden extras in the job which weren’t quoted with other companies. Also THANK god I can have a shower in winter without turning blue!

Highly recommend Robert and Bay & Basin Plumbing. He's helped us several times in the past with tree roots bursting pipes in the yard (even when we were out of town) and has just installed a new hot water system within an hour of us calling. Very reliable, professional service.
