It removes damaged or impaired surface material, whilst limiting the amount of additional surface deformation.

I had recent issues with my shower and tiles, with particular focus on grouting, caulking and water leaking. Pasan and team came in and did an amazing job. Had few cracked tiles and loose grout in our bathroom and I was in two minds wether to replace the entire floor tiles or just get it re grouped as some of the grouting companies refused to re grout and wanted to change the entire floor tiles and gave me ridicules quotes. Then I contacted Tile Solutions Australia which was actually recommended by one of my work colleague. So just called them casually and their response was fabulous and also gave me a quote which was quite reasonable and the end result has been great as-well and the bathroom now looks as good as new.
