John helped me out with an emergency electrical problem at midnight on a weekend when most others wouldn't pick up the phone or refuse to come out. I am also sure he under charged me for the service. Can't thank him enough. Would definitely recommend and will use again for any electrical jobs.

Lack of professionalism.
First impression was ok. Punctuality was perfect until he'd been paid.
He mislead me about pricing too. Either that or he charges £140 labour for 30 minutes work.
After fitting the extractor fan he required payment there and then - no invoice. After driving to an ATM to withdraw money, I paid him the £230 to be told that he can't give me a receipt but he would post one out the following week.
He promised to return the following week to add a back-draft flap to the bathroom extractor he installed, to prevent cold air and potentially bugs entering.
Two weeks later
