As Licensed Building Designers, we have been endeavouring to incorporate good design, sensitive to the environment for clients & developers, for over 20years. Our office is located in the town of Caboolture, just north of Brisbane (Qld). We are centrally located, serving areas predominately - south into Brisbane, north to Noosa, east to Bribie Island (Pacific Harbour) and west to Esk & Kilcoy.
However we are not restricted to these localities, as we have also worked in the Queensland districts of Maryborough, Gladstone, Gympie, Stanthorpe & Cairns. The Caboolture Shire, along with the Pine Rivers Shire & Redcliffe City Council in early 2008 amalgamated to form the new shire of- Moreton Bay Regional Council.
We provide drawings and individual designs for residential & commercial applications, to form part of the documentation process for submission to the local authority (council). Therefore, whether undertaking a multi unit development, your new dream home, bathroom renovation or extension, as licensed Building Designers we are able to provide the design & plans.
