Lawn Mowing was good. We had someone who took pride in his job. John could NOT return phone calls to save himself and if he could get that part right and hire people who wanted to work. He needs to put himself in his clients/perspective clients shoes and realise how frustrating and annoying it is not to return phone calls after they repeatedly tried to contact him. They will all go elsewhere.
