This is the worst cleaning company I have ever dealt with. DO NOT USE! They did an absolutely shocking job of the End Of Lease clean. We had to pay $200 from our bond because of them. They refused to refund us and refused to come back to do a proper job. I am in the process of lodging a consumer affairs complaint because companies like this should not be allowed to trade. Type their name into google and see all of the other terrible reviews.

Garbage company. Did an awful cleaning job and i had to pay from my bond to get the place cleaned professionally. Wouldnt come back and reclean wouldnt offer refund. Do not use this company.
And no I have not confused your company with another, the awful feedback I left is entirely accurate and intentionally aimed at your business. Take a look at the rest of the feedback here and maybe consider looking at how poorly your business is operated instead of dismissing all of the sub par feedback as mistaken identity.

Terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible terrible the worst service I have ever received! These guys are con artist stayed $35 per hour on the phone and stated that they would review our property for an end of lease clean, they arrived, stated 5 hours and took 4? Sounds pretty good so far? They sent 2 cleaners and charged $35 per hour PER PERSON! That's 8 hours folks, the guy that came to the house was rude, obnoxious and abrupt with my female partner and refused to clean the window ledges outside even though they had 20 mins left to go. This was supposed to make our move easier and less stressful

We booked this company for an end of lease final clean up. We were quoted $35 per hour and told the job for a two bedroom house would take 3-4 hours and to leave the money on the bench and change will be left if the job only takes 3 hours.
We received a call later in the day to be told the job will now take 6 hours and we must transfer an extra $70 or they will not continue the job.
I went to the house to check in with the cleaners as to why this would take so long and they told me it will only take 3 hours but as there were now 2 of them cleaning we must pay the double rate

Wellknown Cleaning rocks! - I am never doing housework again, Every Wednesday i arrive home to a fresh clean home. They were contracted to perform a vacate clean on a high end rental ($850/wk) They quoted 5 hours, not including carpets. My mistake - they were paid upfront in full. When they finished and the house was inspected- it failed solely based on their contracted work. I was subsequently advised by the cleaner a week later that there was insuffient time to finish the job. They failed to wipe down cupboards and drawers in all bedrooms, kitchen cupboards and draws, leaving obvious long female

Absolute rip off! do not use this service. Do not pay up front as we did and trust them to do their job of cleaning.They did not clean our house at all. They used a contractor from Prime that did not clean at all. They refused to give our money. Liz from wellknown was very rude and refused to take ownership of the staff that did not do the job of cleaning that they were paid for.

Wellknown cleaning is by far one of the worst organisations i have ever come across! Not only were they misleading in their emails, their staff were incredibly rude and complete bullies in a way that they did not show any professionalism towards THEIR CUSTOMER. When i called to voice my concerns, they took no accountability or even apologised for the way i felt. From working in customer service and complaints for the past 5 years i have never spoken to a customer the way i was spoken too. As i believe that one of the most important qualifications for a cleaning service is trust. A client has to know they can trust you alone in their home. After you acquire a few cleaning positions ask the clients if you can use them for a reference. Most of the time they are more than willing to let you use them for a reference.
