Stay away from “GroutPro Coomera.”!! Rob Donald is nothing but an arrogant, argumentative old sod who’s tiling patch work looks like it’s been done by a blind 6 y/o! additionally, Ron wasn’t prepared to open… the front door handle as he went about his work like most humans do on a daily basis, rather insisted it stay open for his own convenience and forget other tenant work commitments…. Had I been the owner of the property paying his wage directly he’d be out on his ear faster than he could prepare his next argument!

Our shower tiles were stained with soap residue which we were unable to remove. the grout was discoloured and there were areas of mould. The grout where the mould appeared was removed and replaced and the remainder was cleaned and sealed. The old silicone was removed and replaced and the bathroom floor all cleaned and treated. a beautiful job perfectly executed by Belinda

About Belinda: I decided to update my bathroom but didn't want to upgrade the tiles, vanity, toilet or shower and I found Grout Pro could achieve the fresh look I was wanting without spending $10 000 to $15 000… to achieve it. Francis did my shower in my small bathroom one year ago. He was friendly and efficient, and I was happy with the work, but less then 4 months later, the mould was growing back. Yes, I had been vigilant with… cleaning and using a squeegee. Francis came out promptly and re-did the worst areas claiming that I must have mould in the wall cavity. He also said that I should leave the window completely open all the time, which is unrealistic in summer and winter. Maybe I do have mould growing in the wall cavity but I wouldn’t recommend the service to any friends who also have a small bathroom

These are my ‘after’ photos from tile and shower cleaning, after which they sent me a $1600 invoice. They did not do what I asked for - touched up the grout on the already clean walls and cleaned the tiles. … The shower screens cost $180 each and came up looking like nothing had been done. They were difficult to deal with and asked me to be home (take two days off work!) to have them ‘fix’ the problem but the time I asked them to come was inconvenient to them. I would never recommend GroutPro, I could have just mopped the floor myself and saved a ridiculous amount
