Michelle and Colin had thorough knowledge and confidence in what they were designing for us from day one. Their interpersonal and oral communication is impeccable - always an answer at the end of the line and happy to meet on site. Actively onboarding new design components throughout the entire build stage, Michelle ensured what was envisioned would be delivered at the end. The tradesmen adhere to high working standards, are very approachable, and the communication between all trades is very impressive. Our home is timeless in design and feel!

If you want the best, you've got to work with the best. Thank you Colin and Michelle, for giving us our dream kitchen. After renovating our three bathrooms, one of which won an award, the choice was real easy when we were looking for builders for our kitchen, laundry and living room renovation.

Having a house building budget below $300,000 Val and I were initially reluctant to approach such prestigious builders as Colin and Michelle thinking we could not afford them. How wrong we were!
A friend insisted that we at least talk to them and that’s the best thing we did. At the initial meeting we were deeply impressed by Colin’s and Michelle’s obvious enthusiasm, their commitment to quality and their outright professionalism. And things only got better from there!
Today we have a beautiful individual home, architect-designed to our requirements

We contracted Essentially Residential to undertake a major renovation with complex issues. The communication from Colin & Michelle was second to none. You were always kept up to date on how matters were progressing. Importantly our views on different aspects were taken into consideration. Any issues were dealt with in a collaborative manner.
