Overpriced, unresponsive, misleading.
Called up to have a newly installed Hot Water Cylinder wired to switch board, was told on the phone it would be a quick job that should be completed that afternoon, asked about costs and was advised couldn't say on the phone. Electrician attended for about 15 minutes, I told him what I needed as mentioned on the phone, he looked and said he doesn't have the parts (20m wire and new safety switch), would need to do a quote and return with the parts. I agreed but stated I needed it done ASAP as I need hot water... Ignored for 8 days despite calling multiple times

We would NOT recommend Energy Solutions. Our experience was very disappointing. They were supposed to install an air conditioning unit. A price had been fixed but when they turned up they tried to charge an extra $500 . The technician that turned up was abrupt and unfriendly. His attitude was disgusting from the the minute he arrived. On calling Energy Solutions to complain they were unapologetic and told us it was not their problem now as they had advised the tech to leave the job. Luckily the company We used to book these services were able to get someone else to come and have a look at this
