We've been back home for a month now, and I just love our 'new' home. We all have some much needed space, not to mention the extra storage! From start to finish, we were updated at every stage, and we appreciated all the hard work of the XL Built team. The new bathrooms are gorgeous, and the second storey is brilliant. Thank you again to Luke and the team for taking our ideas, and turning them into an affordable reality.

Hired XL Built for a 2nd story extension.
From the initial meeting through to handover, Luke was professional, provided timely and clear communication and was flexible with last minute changes. His team (especially the builders workmanship and attention to detail) were fantastic and a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be more happier with the end result. Couldn’t recommend XL Built highly enough!

We engaged XL Built to add an extension and renovate our 1950's home. Luke and the team were responsive in getting plans drawn up and were able to accommodate our budget. Before long, Luke and the team were in action demolishing and pouring new foundations. Workmanship of the XL Built were second to none. The team take pride in their work and care about having happy customers. The build finished ahead of schedule. Luke and his team at XL BUILT completed a full renovation on our single fronted terrace house in Richmond. The result actually exceeded our expectations. The job was completed within the predicted timeframe and, allowing for a few unexpected hiccups with a 100 year old property, also came in close to the budgeted figure.
If we are ever looking for a builder again in the future, XL BUILT we be our first preference.

Luke and his team built a second storey extension to help us all fit into the house. The project ran very quickly and smoothly and we are delighted with the result. It looks as if it has always been there, it's attractive and well built. Hiccoughs were minor and dealt with smoothly and professionally. The team are all courteous and hardworking.
