As a result can take care of your back flow and TMV (thermal Mixing Valve) installation and testing requirements. Back flow prevention is a necessity to ensure our potable (drinking) water supply is free from contamination or cross connection. While in places where the elderly, disabled or children are exposed to heated water the TMV limits the temperature to around 50 degrees celsius therefore creating a safe temperature to shower, bath in.

We have used Lindsay on several occasions, he is very responsive, on time and always cleans up after work done. We had a particularly tricky pipe to fix that had been badly installed by someone else, but he didn't give up until the job was fixed. He wont try to sell you on doing something you don't need. Not overpriced either.

Arrived promptly and straight down to business for a blocked toilet almost overflowing. After partly clearing g the inside pipes continued to work on the outside main sewer pipe. Successfully removed a large piece of tree root from approximately 30 metresinside the pipe. An excellent result. Thoroughly recommend Lindsay from Narellan Plumbing.
