I give Rohan five stars! He arrived on time & called to say he was on his way. He did a great job quickly & efficiently. He explained what he was doing & why.
He even checked out the hot water service & explained what I needed to do to check it was operating properly. He’s a real asset to the company!

All I can say is that Nick was superb and I wish I could have given him more than a 5, he was clear and precise with what he was going to do and with the cost which I felt was very reasonable. Also I like the way he gave me a few options on what is available if the roots came back and the big plus was that I did not feel pressurised with having to get things done right away which gives me time to look at where the funds are coming from. I think I have found my go to Plumbers and will definitely pass on your details to my friends.

- Had an issue with hot water for our kitchen tap.
- Took around 50 mins to diagnose and change it (non-urgent job).
- Quoted a lump sum of $856.90 (incl. 5yrs warranty) and was told $1007.60 was the pre-COVID price.
- Got a $50 discount for booking over the phone, but had to remind plumber to receive the discount.
- Called afterwards to ask about the price and received a partial refund.
- They were extremely reluctant to provide a revised itemised quote and mentioned they didn’t have time to deal with us.

Rohan was terrific. He arrived very promptly and was very professional and took the time to troubleshoot and explain the work he was doing. He provided me with options and advice about renovations we are planning, which was highly appreciated. Did a great cleanup and took away our old bits and pieces after they were replaced.
