Used the team to fix my water heater. We needed a new system, but the whole process was fraught with issues (ultimately to do with the the house pipes had been put in) but the team would not quit until the problem was totally solved. They took calls on weekends, early mornings, and responded quickly to emails. They were professional, friendly, and total problem solvers to get to the root cause and fix as required. Would only use this team for any other plumbing issues again (let's hope we have no more)!

I seldom write reviews but felt that Brett and the team at Pure Plumbing deserve acknowledgement for their professionalism and integrity. Storm water drainage is a tricky and often expensive problem which can have an element of trial and error. After discovering through a downpour some months ago that the extensive work they'd done late last year hadn't quite eliminated the issue I contracted them for (not a criticism as I said drainage can be tricky), I relied on Pure Plumbing to remain accountable for resolving it despite having already been paid for the job. Dwayne from Pure Plumbing Pros called to let me know he was on his way for my quote, came in with a price ~$200 less than the other I had and said he could do the work straight away.
relatively simple job of replacing flex hoses and fixing up a tap that wasn't flowing well. ended up replacing the affected tap set and my kitchen mixer tap (said it was about the same cost and easier than the 2 flex hoses).
very happy with the service and will remember them for future work.

We had used Pure Plumbing Professionals a few years back, and based on the positive experience then, we decided to engage them again to fix a number of plumbing related problems. I usually do not give reviews unless the business really impresses (or shocks) me. Pure Plumbing really impressed me with their services. I had Jeremy from Pure Plumbing around today to do some work on our house in Beaumont Hills. He was exceptionally professional and punctual, the service was fantastic and I would highly recommended Pure Plumbing to any of my friends.
