Come to my place twice now and both times I have been very very happy! A 'newbie' to regular carpet cleaning (purchased a house with white carpets a yr ago, have 2 young kids, not a great combination) my first call-out to these guys was more of an emergency decision. They spot-cleaned excellently, and the rest came up much better than expected, especially for the price. Had only ever 'dry' chemical cleaned a rental prior to this (diff company) and found the steam clean job cheaper and better. First time was winter 6mths ago and it took a bit of time to dry (12 or so hrs I think) but the house smelt

I don't know how good your team is, but I know one thing. The estate agent just sent me a big bill. It cost me $200 to have the carpet cleaned. Jesus, that unit was so small. I don't how can Kingborough Carpet Care can charge me that much money. Think twice before you call this company, otherwise you will be their next victim like me.

What a great job done by Jyell. We have now used Kingborough Carpet Care twice and the results have been outstanding. Our carpets have taken a bit of a pounding with a dog, grand children and the normal wear and tear. The reception staff member was friendly and efficient, Jyell arrived on time and the job was completed so efficiently and well. Price was very fair. A very satisfied customer!

We have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with these guys through an insurance claim. 1 - We went away on holidays and came back to find our carpet underlay hanging off our bench & the side of a child’s bed. 2 - Helped themselves to OUR fan to use in the room. 3 - Couldnt get them on the phone to speak with us. Never… called to apologise for the way they left our home. They left us over the weekend with no carpet in the room where my step daughter sleeps, which they were fully aware of. 4 - When they finally did come back they were there for little

Worst carpet cleaning I have ever had done, the guy got here at 8:30 setup by 8:40 & gone by 9:20 & charged $160. I do only have a small unit but it was only a hall, small lounge dining & around the two beds 1… in my room & the other in the spare room. He emptied the rubbish from the machine on the front lawn & in the garden out front!!! He missed areas & just a really low rate job. I have had to hire a machine from Woollies to fix what he didn’t do at an extra cost of $70 to me as I couldn’t afford another $160 for someone else to come & fix his shocking
