The duration of the service is determined upon arrival and after the cleaning crew performs an inspection, hence, it depends on the workload.

Whilst the name suggests this is a very personal company, this is in fact a front for "Fantastic Services".
I paid $140(!) for a three hour "Spring Clean" which whilst was one hour less than recommended for the size of apartment, I considered to be enough time considering the bathrooms weren't really dirty (which the cleaner also admitted on arrival!), and the place was almost entirely void of furniture as we are awaiting our container being delivered. We have one small light sofa, and one bed. That's it.

I was looking for a company that can clean my sisal rug since they are more delicate for that kind of treatment. I did a little research and found Paul's Cleaning Sydney. They did an impeccable job. I scheduled in 2pm on Wednesday to have my apartment cleaned in Sydney with Paul's Cleaning Service and received a text confirmation from Fantastic Services. They told me they are the same company but I got a more expensive quote from Fantastic Services, which was why I went with Paul's cleaning service.
