I strongly recommend Helcro guys for any electrical service / installation required. I was not able to find any affordable service providers until I spoke to Fedya. Fedya asked me few questions and quoted me a number. He came over, looked at the house and stuck to the quote. They are friendly, responsive, and did an excellent job. I'm sure to utilise their services for many future works at my place.

Working with Helcro has been an easy process for us. They have been responsive and informative from first contact without ever doing a hard sell. We wanted to update our system to have a battery added, first speaking over the phone they worked out some options for us, which was followed up with a site visit. Every person from this company has been extremely professional and the costs seemed reasonable for the service they provide.

I had an aircon installed in my apartment. The room had a 4m high ceiling and was slightly weird shaped which I thought might make things a little harder. Fedya and Rhys were definitely up to the challenge and quickly came up with the best solution to getting it installed. They were absolutely fantastic! They were super efficient, professional, friendly and responsive throughout the whole process from getting a quote to the installation. I could not be more happy with the product and the service I received from Helcro Electrical, I would definitely use them again and would recommend everyone else

These guys are very good experienced tradesmen who know what they are doing. They were very professional on what they did for me which was moving the multiplex split system condenser from my balcony to above my kitchen window, which was no easy job. On top of all this they had great manners & very pleasant to deal with . Certainly from experience i would call them back again if i had any other problems or issues . Regards Phil

From my first call with the team at Helcro to the job being completed I have nothing but positive things to say about them. They went above and beyond what I expected as I have had previous bad experiences with other solar companies in the past. They answered all my questions (even though I am sure some sounded very silly) and made me feel confident throughout the whole process. Thank you especially to Luke and Feda. Fedya & Rhys were amazing, so professional & easy to deal with even though I’m a fussy customer, they still went above & beyond and always happy & easy to communicate with. Excellent workmanship and very knowledgeable, worth every penny, even though the price was reasonable in comparison to their competitors. I highly recommend these guys & will definitely be using them again for any electrical work.

Luke and the Helcro Solar team have done an excellent job. From the outset with my initial query, to their consultation on the works, through to booking and aligning schedules it was all easy and not a burden. The team at Helcro showed an in depth knowledge with their information/documentation requirements as part of the solar industries regulations. I even quizzed them regarding my next work with getting a battery installed and they left me speechless with their experience and knowledge in this relatively new field.........thanks again guys - Highly Recommended

Helcro was one of 3 business I made enquiries with regarding getting a solar system installed, and I'm glad I picked them. Not hard to see why they have 5 stars!
- The customer service was fantastic from the very beginning. They were the only one of 3 to actually call and organise a site inspection before quoting, and they were always on the front foot with the process - Didn't have to follow them up once. They also always picked up the phone when I called, and were fast to respond to emails.
- Installation team were a delight to deal with
- They stuck to the quoted price and didn't stuff us
