Top of the Range Builders offers warranties, not only on our building process, but also on the components used in the building process. TRB offer a 12 month statutory warranty from the date of practical completion for non-structural defects. If you notice any defects within the warranty period, you can request (in writing) for your builder to look at the defect.
At TRB we use a fixed price contract for peace of mind, so you know exactly what the total cost of build will be. This includes the preliminaries such as an earthworks allowance, standard council fees and engineering charges. Quality inclusions are standard such as tinted windows, mixer taps, European kitchen appliances and architectural quality door handles.

We just finished our second build with Steve Matthews. Steve and his team are so easy to work with and the finishing product is always quality. It was great that we could use Dean from ADC Electrical to connect power to our existing shed and install the solar system during the build process so it was ready before moving in.
