I would 100% recommend AGAINST using the services if No Doubt Plumbing ( Also trades under Dead Set Plumbing).
1. No professional equipment was used to assess the blocked drain 2. Personal property was used without consent and damaged 3. Didn’t quote including GST so there was a ‘surprise’ $25 charge for using eftpos 4. Website and Instagram… states $175 blocked drain guarantee, but was over quoted to $250 5.The toilet was left unable to flush (which it had done so before being touched) and left dismantled along with mess on the floor 5. Amazing service! Yesterday my hot water service burst at my rental property which caused major issues for my tenant. I made contact with Phil and he was there within 2 hours fixing the issue and replacing the hot water cylinder! He made it all very stress free and gave me an upfront quote! Would use No Doubt Plumbing again in a heartbeat!!

The most inconsiderate company I have ever known. They have no respect for the locals in Geelong. They have left their unsightly trailer advertising their business in the main entrance to Geelong for 4 days now taking up 2 valuable car parks making it difficult for customers to access local business.
The Council has confirmed they do NOT have a permit to leave the trailer there.
I would suggest you move it or I have NO DOUBT it will be moved for you.

Do not employ this company. They are discredible. FRAUDULANT business!!!! Took $2500 of deposit & changed 2 laundry taps & removed basin did not do job!!!!!!. Walked out & expects the client to be happy. Do not believe their advertising ,third time I employed them for over 3 years!!!! Phil is rude, untrustworthy & misleading .

Had a blocked storm pipe. Phil at No Doubt listened to details and Johno arrived with the whirly gig but it couldn't penetrate. Agreed a jetter was needed. Returned with all necessary kit including full camera inspection and did a professional job for the price they quoted.
