I experienced an accident where there are lots chocolate milk spilled on my apartment carpet. I was panicked when it happened since it would stain my carpet and affect my rental bond. Norm was very helpful and reassuring when I called for helps. It was during LGA lockdown so I imagine the efforts Norm has to make so that he can come to my apartment. After cleaning up my carpet, there is no stain at all even after it is dried up. The work quality is very good and I definitely recommend it to my friends when they have similar issues.
