We're a family business and we've been in the building game for many years. What we enjoy most is breathing new life into a tired old house so a new generation can love it, like the first one did. Renovation to an existing Queenslander style home. The original house didn't offer the couple the connection to large inner city rear garden they desired. They wanted more living space, a swimming pool and landscaped garden. Large Post War House, extensive renovation and landscaping. The owners love Yeronga and the street they live in but needed to create a home that had better spaces for their growing family.
Wayne and Liz and two teenage boys live in a 80's style highset house in a quiet cul-de-sac in Carindale. Their house was starting to look tired and urgently needed updating, reconfiguration to suit their changing family dynamics, and better street appeal. The family lived in the house during this major renovation which was challenging, particularly when the entire roof was removed for the second storey extension and roof replacement.
Small original workers cottage circa 1900s on a long narrow block in Morningside, Brisbane. The original workers cottage offered charm but very little room for Robert's expanding photography business. He wanted a separate studio where is could define his work life separate from his home life and use for client photo shoots.
