I needed specific help with difficult staining. Several solutions offered with a small free sample to try first. The product name and description would not have indicated to me that this was the right product for my problem. It worked, and I was pleased to be able to talk to a person that knew their products. I recommend them; not only do they know their products, but are very friendly and helpful.
