Used DJS a few years ago to get a downpipe replaced, and was great value for money at about $200. It was colored colorbond and it was a high quality job. Two years later I called to get two different downpipes replaced. Same single story house with extremely easy access. The invoice came back at over $1200 for two downpipes. They said they needed two persons to do the job. When they did the job, only one person attended. Look elsewhere. Rip-offs!!!

We had a call out via RACV Home Emergency on Saturday night. Jedd arrived within the hour and assessed issue requiring new toilet cistern. He was very pleasant and professional and put through a request for a quote to replace cistern.
Received the quote via RACV on Monday and job was completed by Joe Wednesday morning, very promptly and professionally.

Unfortunately I forgot the plumbers name, but he was flawless in his work. I left him here while I ran some errands, didn’t need to worry. He got the job done in less than an hour on a Saturday and I have hot water again! Reported the problem and had it solved in less than 24 hours.
