Select Building Maintenance was established by Brad King who has been working in the property maintenance industry for 8 years with a further 9 years in the related industries of construction and customer service.
After running the maintenance department of a local luxury short term accommodation provider, Brad saw a demand to offer his skills and knowledge to other companies and clients in the region. In addition to being very hands on, Brad personally inspects all work carried out by Select staff and contractors.

Although our core business is dealing directly with home owners, we also work with property managers and strata managers to ensure their properties are well maintained.
