We called Super Steam after our basement flooded from our water heater. Nick came out, assessed the damage, and got the crew to work within an hour of my initial call. He calmed us down during a very stressful time and explained the whole process thoroughly. Super steam also did all of our reconstruction work and got our basement back to normal quickly. If we ever have an emergency situation again, I’ll be giving them a call!

We’ve worked with Super Steam 4 times now and have always been very impressed. After our sump pump failed last spring, Sam and his crew were at our place super quickly. Despite a huge flood, they saved all our finished basement carpet and walls, and prevented any mold from forming. Everything was put back together as though nothing had happened. They were super thorough, very considerate, and proved 100% trustworthy. All of this was true again when we had to repair (unrelated) mold damage caused by a shower leak and again when our tenants caused a huge flood recently. (Our luck has not been great

They came on time, did an excellent job. Absolutely fabulous.
My carpet had some spots, they cleaned it up
My kitchen had some grout, they cleaned it up as well.
The guy mistakenly calculated one room size incorrectly and charged me extra. When I informed him his mistake. He issued the refund of the difference.

The team arrived when expected and cleaned my guest room carpet in a professional and courteous manner. They worked cleanly and left no mess.
