The shower screens fell off. his wife screens his calls, so you can't speak to him. the taps split. The cupboard door handles were upside down so you had to pull up to open.
I bought the house direct from Adam miclik. He was the owner builder. He rented it out to some people who I inherited. They did not do any repairs. A terrible house. Do not buy from this man.

Adam and his team are very friendly and professional. We enjoyed working with them a lot as we had fun and got the job done quickly. They have good excavating skills and work efficiently to get the job done cheap and quick. We are extremely happy with there services and professionalism. I had a large remodel for a store and had 5 contractors bid the project. AIM construction had, without a doubt, the best priced and most detailed bid we received. Therefore, he was hired. He provided a detailed schedule and the only time we ran over on the schedule was when I had to change something. Which was finished in no time. We are extremely happy with his work and final product. If we have another project Adam will definitely be out first call.
