My landlord had to take money from our bond because NASS did not steam clean the carpets properly and the landlord had to pay for someone else to do it. They refused to cover the portion the Landlord has taken from the bond. There is no guarantee of bond return from this company - guaranteed bond back is a lie.

We had another cleaning company booked to clean our house but when they showed up to start on the house they looked and pulled out of the job saying they wanted more than $2000 to do the job. That company was very unprofessional in the way things were handled and we were stuck in a bind having to find someone to do the job last minute as the electricity to the house would be shut down by end of next day.
